Military Applicants
You MUST have a VALID driver's license and have proof of Honorable Discharge
with Helmets to Hardhats website registration.
In order to fill out an application you must be 18 year's or older and meet the criteria below:
WHEN DO WE TAKE APPLICATIONS?

Applications start at 8:00 am. MUST arrive by 8:00am, no later- no exceptions.
If you arrive after 8:00am when applications have started you will need to come the following month.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST
1.) Have a VALID Driver's License (State ID's are NOT accepted)
2.) Have an HONORABLE discharge (If still active acceptable proof of Military Service)
3.) Be registered with Helmets to Hardhats, click here to register.
4.) Have completed High School or G.E.D. Equivalent.
WHAT TO BRING ON APPLICATION DAY
1.) Your VALID Driver's License
2.) Copy of your DD-214 or NGB-22 (if still active acceptable proof of Military Service)
3.) Proof of registration on Helmets to Hardhats (Print confirmation email or account info page)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
*Applicants accepted into the program will be required to submit to drug screenings.
*The Local 614 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee does not discriminate on the

Helmets to Hardhats is a national, nonprofit program that connects National Guard, Reserve, retired and transitioning active-duty military service members with skilled training and quality career opportunities in the construction industry.
The program is designed to help military service members successfully transition back into civilian life by offering them the means to secure a quality career in the construction industry.
Veterans are automatically accepted
into our apprenticeship program.
